Vintage Martin Committee lll “The Official Music Man” Alto Sax (1962)

1 in stock

DR TOOT Brass & Woodwind Specialist present a vintage
(pre-loved/used / secondhand) Martin Committee lll Music Man Alto Saxophone.

According to the serial number, this saxophone was
produced in 1962.  “The Official
Music Man” model, a limited edition horn produced in 1962-1964 after the
movie of the same name.

These The Martin horns were Martin’s flagship professional
models of the era, with the Music Man being that much more icing on the cake. If
you google this model, you can find some info and some people say that the
Music Man model is the rarest Martins.

This particular saxophone has been relacquered some stage
in the USA. Therefore, you can see that the engraving is less clear, and we
made it the lower price.

Sean has done a light service (includes replacement of 2

in time should get the saxophone overhauled to its original glory.
