Our Services Include
Sean aka DR TOOT offers service on Brass Musical Instruments – cornets, trumpets, flugelhorns, trombones, French horns, tenor horns (alto horns), baritone horns, Euphoniums, tubas (bass).
From December 2023, unfortunately, we are unable to offer any repair work e.g. dent removal work, soldering work…etc.

Payments
– Eftpos, Credit Card (Visa or Master), Internet Banking
Dropping off and picking up instruments
Please visit us during the business hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Sending instruments to us
Before sending your instrument, please remove all stuff from the case/bag (Leave the instrument and mouthpiece only in the case/bag), and enclose your full name, contact phone number, return address and email address.
You can arrange a courier pick up via https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/rate-finder/sending-nz/parcels
Once we have received it, Sean will contact you. When the work completed, we will contact you again, and email you an invoice. Please arrange payment online – Once we have confirmed payment, we will courier it back to you asap. Shipping costs will be additional.
We use NZ Post and automatic notifications will be emailed you via NZ Post. All courier services for instruments are a Signature Required Service as a proof of the receipt.
