Shipping & Delivery

FREE Shipping for orders valued at $150 or more. Orders with total value over $150.00 or delivery to work, we will require a signature to receive as the proof of delivery. Orders under $150 to a non rural address is $8.00 and a rural address (RD) is $13.00 – this will be applicable automatically when you check out. If you wish to not require a signature for your order (permission to leave) please let us know when you make an order. Once you have finalised your order, you will receive a confirmation email and order summary for your records. Automatic notifications will be emailed you which includes the tracking number once your order has been processed. NB: If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please check your Junk/Spam folder. We will always endeavour to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible (generally within 1-3 working days). However, once the goods are in the hands of our courier company, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Please note that it would be 2-3 extra working days for a rural delivery.

For orders from outside of New Zealand

We do not sell and/or send products overseas, unless you make payment and it clears our bank account, we will then notify you to arrange your own Freight/Courier collection. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and including GST (Tax in NZ). Overseas purchases will be less GST (15%) from the listed price. We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Master) or international bank transfer only.
