Our Pre-Loved Instruments

We are the largest stockiest in New Zealand for pre-loved (used / second hand) brass and woodwind musical instruments – A wide range of instruments are available from DR TOOT. We import high quality instruments from Japan directly and purchase locally.

Our pre-loved instruments have been very popular because they are in excellent condition or near new condition. Also, all instruments are serviced, set up and tested by a qualified repairer. We have received lots of positive feedbacks from our customer in the past – “Is this really second hand?” “It’s just like new”, “It plays better than a new instrument” …etc.

Most of the major brands e.g., Yamaha, Altus, Miyazawa, Muramatsu, Sankyo, Buffet Crampon, Selmer Paris, P. Mauriat, Jupiter, Bach, Hans Hoyer, Alexander, Holton, Besson…etc. are available.

All instruments are:

Disassembled, cleaned, and polished
Pads and corks are replaced where necessary
Regulated, set up and tested to top playing condition
All mouthpieces are washed and sterilized

All instruments come with:

Case, mouthpiece and basic accessories
One year service check by DR TOOT

Payments:

We accept Eftpos, credit card (Visa or Master), internet banking or bank deposit. Layby is available –
50% deposit and 6 weeks to pay off the balance. 
We also offer Afterpay and Finance NOW.
