I recently had my Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone serviced by Taka at Dr Toot. The work he did on it is fantastic. Obviously he’s got it playing effortlessly from top to bottom but beyond that all the keys now have a perfect even response and there is absolutely no wriggle or movement in the mechanism. I would highly recommend Taka for work on your vintage instrument. He respects and understands the vintage instruments integrity while putting it in perfect playing condition. He serviced it two years ago and did a fantastic job but this time it’s gone to another level!
