Tutor Introduction – Alice Morgan
We’re delighted to introduce Alice Morgan as one of our tutors for the 2026 Summer School.
Alice Morgan is a Sydney/Eora-based saxophonist and musician recognised for her commitment to live performance. Since her nomination for the renowned Freedman Fellowship, Alice has performed as Guest Principal Saxophone with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra numerous times, has appeared as a concerto soloist with the Resonance Ensemble in Tony Ryan’s Concerto for Soprano Saxophone and Orchestra and with Ensemble Apex in Ibert’s Concertino da Camera, and has premiered many Australian chamber works with Ensemble Offspring and the Bowerbird Collective.
Alice is a casual lecturer at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and has presented several masterclasses at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music.
We’re very excited to welcome her to Aotearoa this summer.
