Well, the year 2021 was a challenging year for all of us.
For DR TOOT, totally unexpected things happened in November/December, which affected our business and private life. This will be a long term ongoing challenge for Sean and Mia, and due to this, some changes will be happening at DR TOOT in the next few months. We will keep you updating via this e-new letter as well as our social media platforms.
Good news is that the year 2022, DR TOOT will be celebrating a 15 years anniversary !

Summer Holidays
We will be closed from 4.00pm, Friday, 24th December and reopening at 9.00am, Wednesday, 5th January 2022. All online orders, which placed during this period, will be dispatched on Wednesday, 5th January 2022.
Repairs/Services
Our repair team has been very busy and we are fully booked till early March 2022. We might have some spots for minor repair or brass instruments services. Please contact Sean 021 177 0454.

We have been offering a one year warranty which includes a complimentary full service on our Pre-loved instruments and brand new instruments.
From 1st January 2022, we will stop offering a complimentary full service. All instruments still come with a one year warranty which covers minor check ups only.

Since December, we have stopped sending a warranty reminder email to customers, who purchased instruments from us. The customers who purchased instruments from us December 2020 to December 2021, the complimentary full service is still available – please contact us if you would like to take the opportunity.
