Due to the significant increase in courier freight costs, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer free shipping on orders over $150 that require packaging larger than our standard courier satchels.
If your order contains larger or bulky items that cannot be packed into a standard courier satchel, we will contact you after your order has been placed to discuss the most economical shipping option. We will negotiate the best possible freight price on your behalf, or you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect your order from us.
Orders under $150 are charged $8.00 for non-rural addresses and $13.00 for rural delivery (RD). These charges are applied automatically at checkout.
Orders over $150, or deliveries to a workplace, may require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt. If you prefer your parcel to be left without a signature (Authority to Leave), please let us know when placing your order.
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation and summary for your records. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been processed. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1–3 working days. While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been collected. Please allow an additional 2–3 working days for rural deliveries.
Free Shipping applies to eligible orders over $150 that fit within our standard courier satchels. Oversized or bulky items may incur additional freight charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with the most competitive shipping option before dispatch.
For Orders Outside New Zealand
We do not sell or ship products internationally through our website. Overseas customers are welcome to purchase products once payment has cleared into our bank account, after which they may arrange collection via their preferred freight or courier company.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Overseas purchases are charged excluding GST (15%). We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or international bank transfer.
